I work with multiple instruments to create deeply restorative sound baths in Lancashire, UK

Finding this beautiful, ancient practice has been the most amazing gift to my life for many reasons. What started as a curiosity, sparked from the first sound bath I attended, has blossomed into being my life’s passion and purpose to help people return to their natural state of peace, love and harmony through the power of sound. Whilst creating warm, welcoming spaces with community and connection as core values.

The name Sweet Sound Waves 🌊 comes from my gentle approach to working with sound (sweet), (sound) very self explanatory 😅 and (waves) for my love for the ocean but also as in a literal (sound wave).
